At Rove Concepts we do things a bit differently in the fact that we are a direct-to-consumer business. We take inspiration from nature to create modern, high-quality products that are made with impeccable quality and stunning designs, without the high cost.

Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, Standard and White Glove will take an estimated 1-4 business days for processing and an estimated 1-3 weeks for transit in Canada and the US.

For custom orders, lead time is an estimated 14-20 weeks. This estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy and the Custom Order lead times, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. White Glove service includes an in-home delivery appointment, up to 1 flight of stairs, assembly and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

Purchased three Tola Counter Stools. The design and comfort are excellent and two arrived perfect, but one has unstable legs and still wobbles even after tightening and reassembly on a level floor. I’ve contacted support to address it. Based on the two good units, I’m giving 4 stars and will update if the issue is resolved.

Chairs are easy to assemble, but take a while because there are so many screws. Simple stains are easy to clean off the white cloth. The wood came unfinished - some of the residue from staining would come off on my hands.
