I recommend this company over any! If they have the product you want, USE them! I was so nervous ordering furniture online, but Rove made it so much less anxiety provoking. They mailed my requested swatches in 2 days and compared to every other company out there that was impressive! Then they followed up to see if I needed anything or had any questions regarding the swatches! The order was simple and the shipping was quick! In a retail market that does little for customer service these days, Rove won me over mainly because of the customer service! And my chair is AMAZING! Best online experience ever! The whole website and company is amazing, I dont even know where to start. From the options to the ability to view your choices in a 3D design scene, Rove Concepts has made choosing furniture so easy! The 3D Scene helped me and my partner be able to view what the furniture pieces would look like together.
